Service Description

Boiler & Unvented Cylinder Service Overview Purpose: Ensure efficiency and safety, detect issues early to prevent costly repairs, and maintain warranties. Boiler Service Includes: Visual check for leaks/corrosion, pilot light check, internal parts inspection and cleaning, flue terminal and pipework inspection, gas pressure and flow review, and operational check. Unvented Cylinder Service Includes: Check pressure relief valves, expansion vessel, temperature and pressure relief valve, visual inspection, and immersion heater test. Post-Service Report: Receive a detailed report and recommendations for necessary repairs. Gas Safety Certificate: Not included; book separately. It ensures gas appliance safety, distinct from the efficiency-focused boiler service. Additional Hours Charge Additional hours are charged at £75 per hour (9 AM - 5 PM). - Parts and Additional Repair Services - The price quoted for the service covers labour only. - Any required parts or additional work necessary for the repair will incur extra charges. In most cases a quote will be produced for you to accept before work commences. - The attending engineer will inform you directly of any additional work or parts needed. Cancellation Notice Period - We enforce a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. - Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged the full rate for the missed appointment. - Cancellations made with more than 48 hours' notice will allow us to rearrange the appointment free of charge.
