Service Description

We classify an emergency call out fee as unplanned work where you require an engineer as soon as available. Examples of Emergency call outs: * Burst Pipes * No Heating or Hot Water * Gas Leaks * Blocked Drains and Toilets * Boiler Breakdowns * Leaks and Flooding * Radiator Leaks * Sewage Backups * Malfunctioning Water Heaters * Frozen Pipes Terms and Conditions for Booking Online Services Additional Hours Charge Additional hours are charged at £75 per hour (9 AM - 5 PM). - Parts and Additional Repair Services - The price quoted for the service covers labour only. - Any required parts or additional work necessary for the repair will incur extra charges. In most cases a quote will be produced for you to accept before work commences. - The attending engineer will inform you directly of any additional work or parts needed. Cancellation Notice Period - We enforce a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. - Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged the full rate for the missed appointment. - Cancellations made with more than 48 hours' notice will allow us to rearrange the appointment free of charge.
