Our landlord Gas Safety certificates ensure your property meets legal requirements for gas safety and protects your tenants by confirming all gas appliances are safe to use. Post-Inspection Report: * CP12 Certificate: Issued upon successful completion of the safety check, detailing all inspections and results. * Recommendations: Any necessary repairs or maintenance actions advised for safety compliance. Additional Information: * Separate from Boiler Service: A CP12 is a specific legal requirement for landlords, different from a regular boiler service. * Validity: The certificate is valid for 12 months and must be renewed annually. Additional Hours Charge Additional hours are charged at £75 per hour (9 AM - 5 PM). - Parts and Additional Repair Services - The price quoted for the service covers labour only. - Any required parts or additional work necessary for the repair will incur extra charges. In most cases a quote will be produced for you to accept before work commences. - The attending engineer will inform you directly of any additional work or parts needed. Cancellation Notice Period - We enforce a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. - Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged the full rate for the missed appointment. - Cancellations made with more than 48 hours' notice will allow us to rearrange the appointment free of charge.
